A founder of the Company, David is the Chief Executive Officer. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 2001, President from December 1998 until January 2003 and as a Director of the Company since 1983. In addition, David served as Executive Vice President of the Company from December 1987 through November 1998 and as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from April 1991 through November 1998.
