 Biography  
R. James Assaf CEO - Global Sales and Marketing and US Operations Mr. R. James Assaf, formerly the Director of Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions of Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, as CEO of its North American operations. Mr. Assaf's 15-year career at Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, the world's leading producer of retail security systems, was marked by key contributions in a variety of positions, including corporate attorney and business development manager. During this long and successful tenure, he helped build Sensormatic's turnover to more than $1 billion per year, and engineered numerous M&A transactions prior to Sensormatic's acquisition by Tyco International in late 2001.
